Jida ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Bricks Marketing LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Jida mobile application and website.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your phone number to verify your identity via OTP. We also collect your name, date of birth, nationality, and gender as part of your talent profile.

Profile Information

To build your talent portfolio, you may provide:

• Physical attributes (height, weight, measurements)
• Appearance details (hair color, eye color, skin tone)
• Photos and videos
• Skills and specialties
• Civil ID for identity verification
• IBAN for payment processing

Usage Data

We automatically collect device information, app usage analytics, and push notification tokens to improve your experience and deliver notifications about bookings and opportunities.

How We Use Your Information

• Profile visibility: Your profile (name, photos, skills, measurements) is shown to clients and agencies for casting and booking purposes.
• Identity verification: Your civil ID is used to verify your identity and is not shared publicly.
• Communication: We use your phone number and push notifications to send OTP codes, booking updates, and important announcements.
• Payments: Your IBAN is used solely for processing payments owed to you. It is encrypted and stored securely.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Photos and documents are stored using AWS S3 with encrypted access. Sensitive data such as your IBAN is encrypted at rest. We use Laravel Sanctum for API authentication with bearer tokens stored securely on your device via Keychain.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your profile data only with:

• Clients and agencies who use Jida to find and book talent
• Service providers who help us operate (cloud hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing)
• Legal authorities if required by law

Your Rights

You can:

• View and edit your profile information at any time through the app
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Withdraw consent for push notifications through your device settings

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).

Children's Privacy

Minors under 18 may only use Jida through a guardian account. Guardians are responsible for managing their child's profile and consenting to data collection on their behalf.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via SMS.
