About JIDA
What is JIDA?
JIDA is a professional modeling platform by Bricks Marketing L.L.C. It gives models a dedicated space to manage their profile, portfolio, shoot history, settlements, and reviews — all in one place. For agencies and casting professionals, JIDA provides access to a verified database of models for commercial campaigns and content production.
Who operates JIDA?
JIDA is owned and operated by Bricks Marketing L.L.C., a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Kuwait. Bricks has been operating in the creative industry since 2018 and manages talent casting, campaign production, and brand strategy for leading regional and international clients.
Is JIDA free for models?
Yes. There is no fee to create a profile, get listed, or use any feature on JIDA. Models are never charged for registration, profile hosting, or visibility. JIDA earns through the production and casting services provided to agencies and brands — not from models.
Is JIDA only for professional models?
No. JIDA welcomes models at all experience levels — from first-timers to seasoned professionals. There are no minimum portfolio requirements to join. If you are approved by our team, your profile goes live and you become visible to agencies and casting directors.
Registration & Onboarding
How do I sign up?
Tap Join JIDA on the website or download the iOS app. Enter your phone number and verify with the OTP code we send via WhatsApp or SMS. You'll then complete a short onboarding process:
- Step 1: Personal details — name, date of birth, gender, nationality
- Step 2: Measurements — height, weight, dress size, shoe size
- Step 3: Photos — minimum 6 clear, recent photos
- Step 4: Civil ID — front and back of your identification
Once submitted, our team reviews your application. Approved profiles go live within 24–48 hours.
Why do you need my Civil ID?
When you register on JIDA, you agree to a representation agreement with Bricks Marketing L.L.C. Your Civil ID is required to verify your identity as part of this legal agreement. It is used for:
- Identity verification — confirming you are who you say you are
- Age verification — especially important for minors
- Contract and settlement processing
Your Civil ID is stored encrypted on secure servers and is never shared with third parties, clients, or brands. Only authorized JIDA administrators can access it for verification purposes.
Why was my application rejected?
Applications are rejected for specific, fixable reasons. Common ones include:
- Missing or unclear Civil ID — both front and back must be uploaded clearly
- Insufficient photos — minimum 6 photos required, showing your face and full body
- Blurry or heavily filtered photos — we need to see your natural appearance
- Incorrect personal information — name or date of birth doesn't match your ID
You'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Fix the issue and resubmit — your application will be reviewed again.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. During peak registration periods it may take slightly longer. You'll receive a notification as soon as your profile is approved or if additional information is needed.
Your Profile & Portfolio
How do I update my photos?
Log in to your account, go to your profile, and tap the edit button on your photos section. Upload new photos and they'll be reviewed by our team. We recommend updating your photos every 3–4 months to keep your profile current. See our photo update guide for tips on taking great profile photos.
How many photos should I have?
A minimum of 6 photos is required for your profile to be verified. We recommend uploading as many high-quality, recent photos as possible. Include a mix of:
- A clear headshot
- A full-body photo
- Different looks and outfits
- Professional shoot photos (if you have them)
Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, group photos, or photos that don't clearly show your face.
Can I see my shoot history?
Yes. Your JIDA dashboard shows your complete shoot history — every project you've been part of, the dates, the client, and the production team. This is your professional track record on the platform.
Can I see my payment history?
Yes. The Settlements section in your dashboard shows every payment — the amount, the project it's tied to, the date, and the status (pending, completed). Full transparency on every transaction.
Can I see my reviews?
Yes. After each shoot, the production team may leave a review rating your professionalism, punctuality, and on-set performance. These reviews are visible in your profile and contribute to your overall rating on the platform.
Minors & Guardians
Can my child join JIDA?
Yes. Models under 18 are welcome on JIDA. A parent or legal guardian must create a Guardian account, verify their own identity, and register the child. The guardian controls everything — photos, profile details, and all communications. See our Under 18 guide for full details.
How do I add my children?
Sign up as a Guardian, complete your own verification (Civil ID required), then navigate to the Children section to add each child. You'll need to provide their details, photos, and a birth certificate. Once approved, each child gets their own profile on the platform. See our step-by-step guide.
Account Management
Can I change my phone number?
Yes. Send a request to [email protected] with your current and new phone number. Our team will verify your identity and update it within 24 hours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Send an email to [email protected] requesting account deletion. We'll process your request, remove your profile and personal data from the platform, and confirm via email. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Is my data secure?
Yes. JIDA is hosted on enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure with encrypted storage, SSL/TLS encryption on all connections, and strict access controls. Your Civil ID and personal information are never shared with clients or third parties. We comply with data protection best practices and you can request deletion of your data at any time.
Mobile App
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The JIDA iOS app is available on the App Store. With the app you can:
- Manage your profile and update your photos
- View your shoot schedule and history
- Track your settlements and payment status
- Receive notifications for new opportunities
An Android version is planned for a future release.

We typically respond within a few minutes during business hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM Kuwait time).
I'm having trouble uploading my photos. What should I do?
If your upload fails, check the following:
- Make sure each photo is under 10 MB
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, HEIC
- Try using a Wi-Fi connection instead of mobile data
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- If using the app, make sure it's updated to the latest version
