The Contract
When you sign up on Jida, you accept the terms and conditions which form a contract between you and Bricks Marketing L.L.C. This agreement authorizes us to represent and promote you as a model for commercial work — campaigns, photo shoots, and content production.
Your Civil ID is required to verify your identity as part of this contract. It confirms who you are and ensures the agreement is legally binding.
For Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs the agreement on your behalf. The guardian's Civil ID is used to verify their identity and their relationship to you.
How We Protect Your Data
Your Civil ID is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption — the same standard used by banks. Only authorized administrators can access it. It is never shared with brands, clients, or any third party.
Your Civil ID is collected solely for contract verification between you and Bricks Marketing L.L.C. It is stored encrypted, access-restricted, and never leaves our platform.
