Minors Are Welcome

Jida represents talent of all ages, including children and teenagers. Many brands look for young talent for family campaigns, kids' fashion, educational content, and more. If your child has the interest and the look, there are real opportunities waiting.

A Guardian Must Manage the Account

For talent under 18, a parent or legal guardian is required to create and manage the account. Minors cannot sign up on their own. The guardian is the primary account holder and is responsible for all activity on the platform.

Guardian Verification

Before adding any children, the guardian must complete their own verification process. This includes:

Signing up with their phone number and verifying via OTP
Selecting Guardian as their account type
Uploading their own Civil ID for identity verification
Completing the onboarding steps

This ensures that every child on the platform has a verified, accountable adult managing their profile.

Adding Your Children

Once verified, guardians can add their children's profiles through their account. Each child gets their own talent profile with their own photos, measurements, and details. See our detailed guide on How to Add Your Children.

Guardian Approval for All Bookings

No booking involving a minor will proceed without explicit guardian approval. When a brand is interested in your child for a project, you'll be notified with all the details — the brand, the shoot dates, location, and compensation. You decide whether to accept or decline. Nothing happens without your say-so.

How to Sign Up as a Guardian

Download the app or visit Jida — tap Join Jida to start
Enter your phone number — verify with the OTP code sent to you
Select "Guardian" as your account type when prompted
Complete your profile — enter your name and basic details
Upload your Civil ID — front and back, for identity verification
Add your children — go to the Children section and create a profile for each child
Upload photos for each child — follow our profile tips for the best results
Submit for review — our team will review and approve the profiles

Your child's safety is our priority

Every booking involving a minor requires guardian approval. Your child's personal information is never shared directly with brands. All communication goes through you, and you have full control over which projects your child participates in. If you ever have concerns, our support team is one message away.
